Fast & Free Express Delivery (UK Mainland) – 1-2 Working Days. 

Non-UK Mainland & Ireland (3-5 Working days) – £9.99. 

Same Day Despatch for orders before 3PM. 

Tracking Order

We have selected Yodel and Hermes as our courier for all our deliveries. They are great companies and have a range of features to make the delivery process as smooth as our silk sheets.

You can track your order depending on Courier Selected for your parcel. When your order process and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the shipped Email at your Email address provided the time of Order Please check your shipped Email and check courier for Shipped tracking Number. If the tracking on your order is showing ‘delivered’, but you have not received the package, please contact customer service within 14 days of the date from when your order was placed, if not we will be unable to track the location of your parcel, investigate it further or authorise a refund.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Upon your item being received by our returns department, your refund will be iniated within 3-5 working days. It may take a further 1-3 days for the payment to arrive back on to the original payment method.
    We're happy to take your payment via a debit/credit card or PayPal. Soon we will be introducing pay later options including Klarna.
    We are happy to accept your return providing the item(s) are in their original condition within 30 days of the date you received the delivery.
    We do not pay for return shipping, however, if you sent the item out for an exchange, we will pay the replacement shipping.
