Frequently Asked Questions

We do not pay for return shipping, however, if you sent the item out for an exchange, we will pay the replacement shipping.  
We use Yodel to ship our products. You may track your order on the Yodel website. 
We are happy to accept your return providing the item(s) are in their original condition within 30 days of the date you received the delivery.
Upon your item being received by our returns department, your refund will be iniated within 3-5 working days. It may take a further 1-3 days for the payment to arrive back on to the original payment method.
We're happy to take your payment via a debit/credit card or PayPal. Soon we will be introducing pay later options including Klarna.
